Cairo Salon Discusses the Medical Renaissance in the 19th Century

Alexandria— In this week’s episode of the “Cairo Salon” TV Show, aired on Channel One every Saturday following the 9 o’clock news bulletin, Dr. Ismail Serageldin, Director of the Library of Alexandria, discussed the medical renaissance in the 19th century.

Serageldin hosted Dr. Emad Helal, Researcher, National Library and Archives, and Khaled Fahmy, Associate Professor, Modern Middle Eastern History, Department of Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies, New York University.
