This lecture aims to present a variety of representations of women in Islamic art. The origin of each representation and the era during which it appeared will be discussed in addition to other aspects, such as clothing styles, hairstyles, and standards of beauty.
The lecture will be delivered by Dr. Heba Mahmoud Saad, Vice-Dean of Postgraduate Affairs and Research, Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management, Alexandria University.
