The Planetarium and Science Museum Center at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina presents a lecture, entitled "A Trip to the Sun." Presented by astronomer Ayman Ibrahim, the lecture is a presentation of a discovery trip to the Sun, the nearest star to Earth.
The lecture will present astronomical facts about the Sun, its components, the phenomena that occur on its surface, as well as how it produces its energy and the previous scientific efforts to study this star.
