The BA Writing and Scripts Center was chosen as a Founding Member of the International Association for Arabic Calligraphy and Islamic Illumination for its outstanding role in Arabic calligraphy studies.
With its headquarter in Amman, Jordan, the International Association for Arabic calligraphy and Islamic Illumination is a pioneering association for supporting calligraphers.
The membership provides a chance for spreading the Center’s activities, and offers a platform for discussing ways of fostering calligraphy among Arab students, and circulating new publications concerning Arabic calligraphy.
