“Catullus: An Alexandrian Poet in Rome” Lecture

Within the cultural activities of the Alexandria Project, the BA holds on Wednesday, 13 November 2013, a lecture entitled “Catullus: An Alexandrian Poet in Rome” by Dr. Magda El-Noeimy, Professor of Latin Literature, Faculty of Arts, Alexandria University.
The Lecture highlights the influence of Alexandria in the poetry of Catullus (84- 54 B.C.).
The lecture starts at 12:00 noon at the BA Main Library Auditorium, and is open for public.
