“Pharaonic Ornaments” in a Workshop at the BA

The BA Center for Documentation of Cultural and Natural Heritage (CULTNAT), in cooperation with the BA Children and Young People’s Libraries, organized a workshop entitled “Pharaonic Ornaments” for children aged 9 – 12 years. The event was held on Sunday, 28 August 2022, at Khadija Palace in Helwan.
The workshop gave a simplified explanation of ornaments and decorations over the centuries, particularly Pharaonic ornaments that belonged to ancient Egyptian civilization. Children were able to color some ornaments, and produce impressive artistic cutouts.
