The BA Antiquities Museum and the Zahi Hawass Center of Egyptology are organizing an online lecture entitled “The Tomb of Ii-mr, Royal Palace Dentist, at North Saqqara”, delivered by Dr. Yasmin Hassan Mostafa Alaa-Eldin, Director of Dahshur and Ellisht Site, Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities. The lecture will be broadcast on Sunday, 19 June 2022, at 1:00 pm, via the Antiquities Museum's Facebook page:

The lecture sheds light on the tomb of Ii-mr, located at North Saqqara. Its owner held a number of priestly and practical titles, including Sobed Priest, Dentist, and Director of Dentists of the Royal Palace. It is characterized by some unique architectural and decorative elements and has an extraordinary architectural planning. This is because Ii-mr had five wives who were buried with him in his tomb. The tomb also included a number of traditional and non-traditional ancient Egyptian art scenes.
