“From Mohamed Ali to Mohamed Morsi” Lecture

The BA Unit of Futuristic Studies, in cooperation with Ma’refa Team Alexandria, organizes, on Thursday 28 February 2013, a Lecture entitled “From Mohamed Ali to Mohamed Morsi: The History of the Ruling Class in Egypt, given by Mr. Ahmed Abd El-Fattah, Head of Publishing and Distribution in Madarat Center for Research and Publishing.
The Lecture sheds light on the way the ruling classes griped power during the last 200 years, and explains how the pattern of modern authority- introduced by Mohamed Ali- contributed to Egypt’s dependence that paved the way later to foreign invasion.
The event is held at 6.00 pm at the BACC Lecture Hall, and is open for public.
