Ten Years of Science Communication

The BA Planetarium Science Center (PSC) holds a series of events from 5 to 10 October 2012 entitled “Ten Years of Science Communication” celebrating the PSC inauguration through showcasing its benchmark contributions to the community.
Activities start on Friday, 5 October, with a Group Cycling Event from Glym to the BA premises. On Monday, 8 October, the Environment Day is celebrated, aiming to raise public awareness on the importance of preserving the Egyptian environment. The event comprises a diversity of interactive scientific and cultural activities designed to suit different ages and social backgrounds and presented in a simplified layout at the BA Plaza.
The closing ceremony is held on Wednesday, 10 October, also featuring a lecture by prominent Egyptian NASA scientist, Professor Essam Heggy.
