The Conference seeks to spread awareness about the importance of Coptic heritage as a heritage for all Egyptians, particularly in relation to what came before and after it, and with the African, Arab and European heritage, as well as the connection between the Christian-Islamic heritage in Egypt.
A number of distinguished scholars will participate in the Conference. It will also feature a performance by the Ethiopian choir, as well as a number of workshops related to art, language, heritage, arts and Coptic folklore.
