A Lecture on Building Post-Revolution Parliaments

The BA Center for Peace and Democracy Studies (CPDS) hosts Prof. Anders B. Johnsson, Secretary General of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) on Monday, 24 October 2011, to give a lecture entitled “A Discussion about Democratic Systems and Building Post-Revolution Parliaments”.
Johnson believes that “it is not possible to build a new democratic parliament with the same tools that overthrew the old one".
The Lecture starts at 5:00 pm at the BACC Lecture Hall.
