Fighting the Obesity Epidemic Lecture

The BA Center for Special Studies and Programs organizes a lecture entitled “Fighting the Obesity Epidemic”, one of the Nutrition and Healthy Lifestyles series of lecture, as a part of its Health Education Club on Thursday, 20 October 2011.
The lecture is given by Dr. Doaa Genena, Clinical Nutrition Consultant.
The “Nutrition and Healthy Lifestyles” lectures aims to clarify the difference between diet and lifestyle changes, what is exactly nutrition, the different components of nutrition and how they add to calories, and finally how to make the proper choices for a better healthy lifestyle.
