BA Organizes Science Festivity at Antoniadis Palace

The BA Planetarium Science Center (PSC) held a Science Festivity, for elementary and middle school students, on Thursday, 21 December 2017 at the Palais d'Antoniadis (Antoniadis Palace). The event was held within the framework of the efforts of the BA to revive the Antoniadis Palace and transform it into an international cultural center for the countries of the Mediterranean basin, providing a platform for cultural and civilizational dialogue.
Around 75 students attended the celebration. The event included workshops that focused on explaining various scientific theories—such as pressure, Polymers, water properties—using balloons, plastic containers, candles, and other everyday objects. Gifts were distributed and given to the participants at the end of the day.
