The Twelfth African League of Young Masters’ Graduation Ceremony

The BA Sustainable Development Studies, Youth Capacity Building, and African Relations Support Program held this morning the African League of Young Masters’ twelfth annual graduation ceremony.

The ceremony was inaugurated by Prof. Ahmed Zayed, Director of the BA; Dr. Ibrahim Rehab, Advisor to the President of Alexandria University for African Affairs; Ambassador Ehab Awad, Assistant Foreign Minister for African Affairs; and Dr. Mahitab El-Menawy, Director of the Public Relations and Communication Department at the Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Authority, with the participation of representatives of ministries, presidents of various Egyptian universities, ambassadors, and public figures.

The African League of Young Masters Program, which is geared towards African students, aims to strengthen Egyptian-African relations and open channels of communication between African students and their Egyptian colleagues by holding weekly meetings at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina. The Library is harnessing all its resources to support and build the capacities of young people, in order to highlight Egypt's leading role in the African continent, exchange knowledge and scientific expertise and consolidate future relations among these youth.
