The BA Participates in Sharjah International Book Fair

The Bibliotheca Alexandrina participates in Sharjah International Book Fair (3 – 13 November 2021), with several publications on display in Hall 2, Pavilion B20.
The 40th edition of Sharjah International Book Fair hosts Nobel Prize and Booker Prize winners, and some of the most distinguished literary figures and intellectuals from the Arab region and beyond. More than 1566 Arab and foreign publishers, from 83 countries, are taking part in the Fair.
The BA is displaying its most recent publications at the Fair, including Greeks and the Making of Modern Egypt, The Hieroglyphics of Champollion… Philology and World Domination, The Alexandrias of Étienne Combe, Belgians on the Nile: A History of Royal Visits, Entrepreneurship, and Archaeological Exploration in Egypt, Khodeir Al-Portsaidy… An Egyptian School of Arabic Calligraphy, Jewelry and Heritage, and Renewing the Religious Discourse.
