Dr. Moustafa Elfeki: We are Focusing on Policy Papers, Mediterranean Relations and the Connection with Scholars Abroad

Dr. Moustafa Elfeki, Director of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, stressed that the BA Center for Strategic Studies aims at presenting policy papers to decision makers in different cases, as well as enriching strategic thinking through annual conferences, publications, the engagement with scholars abroad or the cooperation with research centers. This was part of the meeting held by the Advisory Board of the Center for Strategic Studies.
Participants discussed a number of important issues such as regional disputes, soft power, the internationalization of national cases, informational security, futuristic studies and the consolidation of the Egyptian role on African and Mediterranean levels.
The Advisory Board of the Center for Strategic Studies include a number of intellectuals, academics and ambassadors such as Dr. Ali Eldin Hilal, Dr. Dorreya Sharaf El-Din, Dr. Ahmed Youssef Ahmed, Dr. Nevine Mossad, Dr. Abdel Moneim Al-Mashat, Dr. Soliman Abdel Moneim, Ambassador Mohammed Anis, among others.
