The Ministry of Social Solidarity launches “Two are Enough” Media Campaign from the Library of Alexandria

The Egyptian Minister of Social Solidarity Ghada Wali launched a media campaign from the Library of Alexandria for the family planning project entitled “Two are Enough”. The event was attended by Dr. Mostafa Elfeki, the Director of the Library of Alexandria, and Dr. Talaat Abdel-Qawy, the Chairman of the General Federation of NGO's.
Dr. Waly stated that “Two are Enough” program is a part of a national strategy adopted by the Ministry of Health assuring that the Ministry of Social Solidarity aims to build cooperation channels with NGOs and civil society institutions to raise awareness, support women, and spread the adopted slogan “Small Family”.
“The first phase of the program targets 10 governorates which are the poorest, most fertile, and lowest income governorates,” added Waly.
Dr. Waly noted that the first announcement of the program was also launched from the Library of Alexandria at the youth conference held last July and attended by the President of Egypt Adel-fattah Elsisi.
