BA Establishes Center for Strategic Studies

During a recent workshop held at the BA, Dr. Mostafa el Feki, Director of the BA, emphasized the great significance of the contribution of researchers and experts in formulating general policies, presenting recommendations to decision makers, and supporting governmental and national organizations. The workshop was held in preparation for the establishment of the Center for Strategic Studies, and it included about 30 intellectual figures, researchers, and experts in the fields of political science, sociology, security studies, and economy.
Dr. El Feki also highlighted the importance of contacting research centers in Egypt and abroad, addressing public opinion, and freely posing various and diverse points of view.
Workshop participants pointed out the vitality of supporting decision makers at all various governmental institutions by providing them with policy recommendations, strengthening international relations, proposing ideas for training programs for young researchers, and promoting interaction between different research centers in order to reinforce their role in serving the country’s best interests.
It is noteworthy that the newly established Center for Strategic Studies is affiliated to the BA Central Projects and Services Sector and comprises a large number of young researchers.
