Serageldin Signs Collaboration Agreement with the Cyprus Institute

Dr. Ismail Serageldin, Director of the Library of Alexandria, attended the Board of Trustees meeting of the Cyprus Research and Educational Foundation (CREF) of which he is a board member, in Paphos, Cyprus, on 24 July 2010.
During the meeting, a ceremony was held for the signing of a collaboration agreement between the CYL and the BA.
It is worth mentioning that the Cyprus Institute, which is established under the institutional umbrella of CREF, is a non-profit science and technology research and educational institution. H.E. President of the Republic of Cyprus, Demetris Christofias, is the honorary Chair of CREF, and the Board of Trustees includes world-renowned academics as well as former presidents of Cyprus.
