BA Signs Cooperation Agreement with Afro-Arab Youth Council

As part of supporting the cultural exchange movement among Arab and African youth, Dr. Khaled Azab, Head of the BA Central Projects and Services Sector, and Dr. Awad Hassan, the Afro-Arab Youth Council Secretary General, have signed a cooperation agreement at the council’s headquarters in Khartoum.

Dr. Azab stated that this cooperation will be reinforced through joint activities between youth in Khartoum and Alexandria. He added that recent research has confirmed that the Pharaonic civilization has African roots and that it has greatly influenced Africans, which remains manifested in the local dialects of a number of African countries.  

The BA has offered a collection of its publications to the Afrabia Prize winners, which is awarded by the Afro-Arab Youth Council in various fields.

In the same context, the BA has published a book on African Art in order to introduce Arabs to African artistic achievements, which are among the best productions in the world.
